| Day 01 : Arrive Cochin
Arrival at the Chennai Airport or The Railway Station, you will be received by our representative and escorted to the hotel. Check in at Hotel and relax. Overnight stay at hotel in Chennai.
Day 02 : Cochin
After breakfast, A city tour of Cochin, covers Jew Synagogue, Dutch Palace, St. Francis Church, Chinese fishing net etc. Evening free. Overnight stay at hotel in Chennai.
Day 03 : Cochin - Periyar
Morning drive to Periyar and on arrival, check in at the hotel. Late afternoon enjoy a boat cruise on Lake Periyar to view wildlife. Overnight stay at hotel in Periyar.
Day 04 : Periyar
After breakfast, Sightseeing tour of Periyar.
Periyar is one of the most prestigious regions on the high ranges of the western ghats. One of the world's most fascinating natural wildlife sanctuaries, the Periyar reserve is noted for its geomorphology, diverse wildlife and beautiful landscape. The drive to Thekkady itself is enchanting as the road winds through Tranquil countryside, rich plantations and thick jungles. The sanctuary, declared a tiger reserve in 1978 under the project tiger scheme, attracts travellers from all over the world. This is the only sanctuary in India where the wild elephant can be observed and photographed at close quarters. There are two watch towers in the Periyar forest. Overnight stay at hotel in Periyar.
Day 05 : Periyar- Kumarakom
Morning drive to Kumarakom and on arrival check-in at the hotel. Late afternoon sunset boat cruise on Lake Vembanad. Overnight stay at hotel in Kumarakom.
Day 06 : Kumarakom - Houseboat
Late morning board the Kettuvalam (houseboat) and spend the day cruising through the backwaters. Overnight on board the houseboat
Day 07 : Houseboat - Mararikulam
Morning disembark the houseboat and drive to Mararikulam. On arrival, check in at the resort. Afternoon at leisure.
Day 08 : Mararikulam
Full day at leisure to relax at the beach resort or enjoy an Ayurvedic massage at the resort.
Day 09 : Mararikulam - Cochin
In time transfer to the Cochin airport for onward flight.
