Day 01 : Arrival at Trivandrum - Kovalam
Upon arrival at the Trivandrum airport, our company representative will transfer you to Kovalam where you will check in at an Ayurvedic Resort. In the afternoon you will consult an Ayurvedic/ Ayurveda physician. Overnight stay will be at the resort.

Day 02 : Kovalam
Morning starts with a Yoga and Meditation session, followed by Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage. In the afternoon you will be at leisure. In the evening you will stroll around and soak yourself in the natural beauty of the place.

Day 03 : Kovalam
On the third day of your Kerala Ayurveda tour also you will follow the same routine in the morning where you will undergo the Yoga and Meditation session followed by an Ayurvedic massage. After the lunch we will take you on a half-day tour of the Trivandrum City. Overnight stay will be at the resort.

Day 04 : Kovalam
In the morning you will again go for yoga, meditation and Ayurvedic massage. The afternoon will be free for leisure. In the evening, we will take you for a boat cruise on the Thiruvallam backwaters and explore the traditional Kerala homes. Overnight stay will be at the resort.

Day 05 : Kovalam
On the fifth day of your Ayurveda tour you will continue with the same routine of yoga, meditation and the massage. You will get to spend the afternoon at leisure. In the evening, we will take you to Kalari, the traditional Kerala health and body care centre. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 06 : Kovalam
The morning begins with the regular routine of yoga, meditation and the massage. Later, we will take you on an excursion to Kanyakumari (Cape Comorin), the southernmost point of the Indian main land. Kanyakumari is known for its view of the panoramic sunset. Overnight stay will be at the resort in Kovalam.

Day 07: Kovalam
You will begin the morning with the regular routine of yoga, meditation and Ayurveda massage. After breakfast, the rest of the day will be at leisure and you can relax on the beaches. Overnight will be at the resort.

Day 08 : Kovalam
Morning starts with yoga, meditation and massage regime. After breakfast you will spend the rest of the day at leisure and if you desire you can relax on the exotic beaches. You will have free time in the evening as well. Overnight stay will be at the resort.

Day 09 : Kovalam - Departure
It is time to say goodbye to the land of exotic beaches, serene backwaters and magnificent houseboats. On the last day of your Kerala Ayurveda tour you will be transferred to the Trivandrum airport to board the flight for onward journey.
